Hawaii Resort Family Suites

The beach was the highlight, clean of trash and lovely to play in. We could go quite far out and still enjoy the water. The staff were hospitable enough, although oddly they weren’t around at night. Our two bedroom suite had a dirty floor when we arrived, and the toilet smelled. The waterpark was disappointing: only two slides were operating, the bucket worked only when a staff member was available, and the pool had lots of leaves and dead insects. For kids, though, the experience was still great.

We had a peaceful, easy family stay, and the convenient location helped us relax together. The staff were warm and attentive, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. There’s a play area and a children’s pool that kept the kids happy, along with complete facilities. A very good family vacation choice.

Our stay was good, and the price was very affordable when we booked a couple of weeks ahead. The one bedroom cost a little more than the studio, but came with a kitchenette and a decent living room. The hotel has its own lagoon with a sandy beach that feels safe for playing, plus a huge water park, though only one waterslide was working. The pool bar serves food at reasonable prices. It’s easy to reach and has plenty of facilities, but some renovation is needed. A few rooms have new AC, while others still have old units that don’t work properly. I believe the upgrades are in progress.

The pools, beachside, park, billiards and other facilities were okay, but the hotel needs a refresh, especially its service. I rented a studio and found it humid and in need of renovation. The sewer was clogged, so toilet water didn’t drain smoothly. Breakfast was the biggest concern: choices were limited, the fruit was stale, and there weren’t enough restaurant chairs, so we had to hurry to make space for the next guests. I hope management takes this feedback into account and improves the place for next time.
