You get what you pay for here, and the rates are dirt cheap. It’s right on the waterfront, quiet, with rooms that have a view and a good pool. The downside is that almost everything in the room and bathroom is falling apart, with absolutely no maintenance or care for the property. The restaurant is in the same state, with food that’s less than basic. Still, if you can accept that, it’s a great place.

The views are beautiful, and I’m happy with the gorgeous room they gave me. I only got it after complaining several times about the Wi-Fi, but they did change rooms. Breakfast isn’t included, though you can pay 50k for it there. There’s a little beach and a pond next to the resort, an ATM, and lots of nearby restaurants.

The outside was beautiful, but bed bugs meant we had to pack up and leave almost straight away. The buildings are very old, the electrical outlets were shocking, half falling out of the wall and not working. The bathroom was poorly maintained, as were the interior paint and walls. The water from the shower, sink and toilet smelled very bad.

The location and view are quite strategic, and this place has a lot of potential, but the management doesn’t seem serious about it. There weren’t basic room amenities like a foot mat. I asked the front office for one, but nothing was done. At night, lots of insects came onto the bed, and I couldn’t figure out how to keep them from coming back. Security needs attention too. I didn’t see a security guard at all, and after 9pm I couldn’t find any staff.
