The grounds are gorgeous, with plenty of cozy spots where I could meditate or read, and the food was phenomenal. I was grateful for the personal care and the tailored program. Agung knows a lot about detoxing, cleansing, and healing the body, and nothing felt like too much trouble for the staff. My days included guided walks, a personal yoga instructor, massages matched to my health goals, Balinese healers, an infrared sauna, ice baths, and a heated spa. There’s also a medical clinic where you can book other procedures with nurses. It was all a highlight of an amazing retreat, with a lovely sense of connection between the setting, the staff, and the health experience.

The daily massages were what I looked forward to most. They were comfortable and very professional, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout my five days. I'm grateful to Agung and the whole team for arranging everything with such care. The detox and cleansing schedule was full, but I still found the stay relaxing. Being at the resort let me immerse myself in a mind, body, and spirit transformation, and the juices and detox drinks were prepared thoughtfully each day. I'd recommend the program to anyone hoping to cleanse and detox in a relaxing setting. It would help to have someone at the front desk available all the time to answer questions and sort out problems.

The accommodation is close to downtown, but set in such a peaceful spot. Everyone at Gaia was warm, kind, and supportive, and it really felt like home. I went for a detox retreat in January and felt cared for from the start. Agung was always there, arranging things thoughtfully and kindly taking care of all my wishes. I left feeling recharged, relaxed, and refreshed, both physically and mentally. The intensive detox had juices, jamu, clay, soups, and other elements, all of which helped make the experience positive. I felt supported in my goals, and the beautiful setting and incredible team made each stay feel enchanting.
