We planned to stay five days but left after the first night. The villa felt dated and dirty. The pillows were moldy, none of the bathrooms looked as if they had been cleaned, and the shower head was so blocked with limescale that hardly any water came through. There were insects and cockroaches around, and an ant colony had settled in one bathroom. Its position behind a spa and right beside a main road was unpleasant too, especially with Bali traffic. I would give it zero stars if that were possible.

We only meant to stay one night, but ended up spending three because the villa is gorgeous and has such a lovely feel. The rooms are roomy, and everything was so clean it went beyond what we expected. Agung Alit and his team made sure we had what we needed. We'll be back!!!! Sarah
