Canggu Kayuma House

The cafe downstairs served delicious food at really reasonable prices, and both pool areas were beautiful and quiet. Even though the hotel is so central, it felt calm and relaxing. The location worked perfectly for us, with great restaurants and shops nearby and the beach and beach club less than 10 minutes away. Our room was comfortable and exactly as described, just what we wanted. The staff were the best part, all so kind, friendly, and attentive. We had a wonderful stay at Kayuma House and would recommend it wholeheartedly. A lovely first introduction to Bali and Canggu. Thank you!

I was lucky to share the dorm with lovely roommates from different countries. We even had lunch and dinner together and went to cafes. The hotel is close to cafes and beaches, all reachable on foot. As a woman traveling on my own, I felt safe: the spa workers beside the hotel could be noisy as they sat outside, but their presence helped when the alley to the entrance felt dark and quiet at night. There's also security at the hotel door. The photos in the app matched what I found. The six-person dorm has three bunk beds, each with a light, power outlet, and locker. The bathroom was fairly clean, though it could get dirty or smelly if someone sharing the room didn't keep it tidy. Staff cleaned the room and bathroom every morning. There are two fairly large pools and a pantry where guests can cook and refill water. I'd recommend this place and would come back when I need an easy-to-access stay in Canggu.

The room, bed, and bathroom were clean and set up well for us during our eight days at Kayuma. The team made the place feel special, though. My girlfriend fractured her toe on our first day, and they kept helping her with ice, extras for the room, check-ins, and whatever else she needed. They were cheerful, had a great vibe, and gave unbelievably good service. I hope they're paid above average, because they go out of their way for guests.

Ms. Mirah and Ms. Intan made me feel at home right away. My room and the location were wonderful, and the staff were warm, friendly, thoughtful, and so helpful. They sometimes fixed things before I even asked. I'm grateful to everyone there for making my time in Canggu special. Thank you, Ms. Mirah, Ms. Intan, Denny, Komang, Bella, Rama, Bayu, Arta, and Icaa. I absolutely loved staying here.
