Love Supreme Villa by Betterplace

My friends and I had such a lovely time at the villa. The staff were so kind and always ready to help when we needed anything. The place is beautiful, and we’d love to come back!

We booked for my family of eight because the photos made the villa look spacious and bright. When we walked in, though, the darkness hit us and we panicked. The room had no windows or sunlight, and we felt depressed. We hadn’t even taken our luggage out of the taxi and didn’t want to sleep there, so we tried asking the manager to refund our money. If darkness isn’t an issue for you, this may be your villa in Bali. Please pay attention before booking. I don’t recommend it.

The villa looked really good online, but the place we saw was much darker and dirtier than the pictures suggested. We felt uncomfortable and depressed, and left as soon as we entered. We spent about 20 minutes there to see it, never checked in, and asked the host for a refund. They refused, and it felt like the host had other things in mind. Find somewhere else if you want hosts who’ll try to make your Bali stay comfortable.

We’d come back with the family. The place has a great vibe, staff are very friendly, and the location is hard to beat: restaurants and Body Factory are just two minutes away, and the beach is a ten-minute walk. I’d seen earlier comments about it being dark, but someone from Betterplace said they changed the lighting last month.
