I had a clean and comfortable stay, with a relaxing pool and daily activities. The staff were friendly and fun too. Excellent place to stay!

The social side is great here, with a friendly crowd and plenty of activities every day. Most people are doing the surfing sessions, so I’d recommend joining one if you can. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Rooms are clean, with a big bathroom, though the room itself is a little small. Lockers right next to the bed are really handy.

Knook and Faye’s bar is the best couple bar in the world, and the bartender is handsome. Really good vibes 😍😍😍🤭✅✅✅

It’s a very social place, with lively events and a chill feel during the day, and it’s good for meeting all kinds of people. But don’t make my mistake and book the surf lessons here. I wasn’t told before paying that they were non-refundable, or that there wouldn’t be another lesson during my stay because of Eid. After I missed the lesson, I was told I’d lose all my money. Nobody on staff seemed to sympathise or offered even a free drink or discount under the no-refund policy. One two-hour lesson costs 700k, plus another 250k for photos and analysis. I got the same service on Batu Bolong beach for 500k total. If you’re in Canggu just to surf and are willing to pay the higher prices, the surf camps may suit you. Otherwise, maybe skip the lessons here and enjoy the social events.
