The location is central and the beach is about five minutes away, though being on a main road means it can get noisy sometimes. For a budget stay in Canggu, the room is a good size and nice, but the shower is in the middle of the bathroom, as in many Bali hotels. Service was really good, though the staff didn’t speak the best English. They also rent scooters for 100k. I recommend staying here.

There’s a small pool, shared kitchen, and laundry, plus great wifi. The reception staff, women and man, were very kind. My clean, simple room had a king bed, AC, a little table with two chairs, and fresh towels every day. The shower was fine, though the water wasn’t very hot. Rooms are available on the ground or first floor, or with two beds. One of the best rooms in Canggu.

Finding the hotel can be tricky: it isn’t where Google Maps or Booking.com shows it, and the entrance is tucked right on the corner of a massage parlour. We stayed five days and liked the location. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. You can rent a scooter directly from them for 65,000 a day. The pool area isn’t large, but there were never more than a couple of people there, so it felt quite private. It also gets lots of sun, good for relaxing or sunbathing. I’d recommend it.

The room was the biggest I’ve stayed in, the location was great, and I can’t fault the staff. It was a little noisy. I’m glad I locked my door, because around 4 pm, while I was napping, someone tried to force it open. When I got up, they’d run off, as guests downstairs confirmed. Maybe they had the wrong accommodation, but it scared me a bit. Some of the longer-term guests were sweet and said they’d keep an eye out for me afterward.
