We only lasted one night at Vila 3, even though we had booked six. My boyfriend is allergic to dust and germs, and the dirt had him sneezing and coughing nonstop. There were bugs, lizards, and spider webs around, the pool needed a proper clean, and the kitchen utensils and water dispenser were too dirty to use. The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner bottles were yellowed, crusty, musty, and dusty, as if they hadn't been changed in years. The place needs a deep clean and renovation, and it looked nothing like the pictures. There was no parasol by the garden table and pool as shown, so eating breakfast outside meant getting very hot in the sun after five minutes. We asked Booking for a refund after cancelling. The owner and staff were welcoming when we arrived and kind and cooperative when we decided to leave, which is why I gave two stars. Finding somewhere else to stay during the middle of tourist season in Bali was really difficult.

The rice fields in front of the rooms were a real highlight, and the kids especially loved the main pool that links Villas 1 and 2. Umah Cincin has a calm, quiet feel, away from traffic noise, with friendly, positive vibes. Maggie and her team were welcoming and helpful, and there was security around the clock. Restaurants serving modern food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are within walking distance.

We had a peaceful stay with rice field views, and Canggu was an easy scooter ride away. The bed was comfortable, and both the room and pool were spotless. The team was there when we arrived, welcomed us warmly, took our bags to the room, and pointed out the useful things, including the Wi-Fi password, gym, and spa. Would recommend 😊

Maggy and the staff were really helpful, and the rice paddy view made the relaxing atmosphere even nicer. I expected ordinary accommodation, but the villa felt amazing as soon as I arrived. It was incredibly spacious, with a huge pool, and one of the best villas I've stayed in around Canggu. You can reach Pererenan beach and many other beaches by scooter or motorcycle in about five minutes.
