We brought 15 college students here on a study abroad trip, and they were all blown away, despite their very different tastes and experiences. The staff were gracious, friendly, and extremely helpful. There’s a shuttle into town and a good restaurant. It’s a slightly hidden gem, close to the many gorgeous sites of Gianyar and outside Ubud’s crowds. Highly recommend it.

We booked seven rooms for a family vacation, and the rooms were spacious with great views. It felt like having a private villa for our families. We loved spending time in the huge lobby, and there was a nearby rafting place that we enjoyed too.

The staff were really nice and polite, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and have nice views. Housekeeping is only available on request, which is fine, though I’d recommend daily service and some furniture and hotel standard upgrades. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special.

We had a mixed stay. The resort itself felt calm, the pools were clean and lovely, and the staff were polite and helpful. The male receptionist was especially humble and kind. The room categories were uneven: our middle-category room was better than the private-pool one, which had a gloomy entrance and damp patches on many walls, with paint peeling. It was also much farther from Ubud city center than I expected. That was my booking mistake.

The pool was the highlight for me, and the room views were spectacular. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, and the team there were especially friendly. We enjoyed every day of our stay. This place felt like paradise, and I’d definitely recommend it in Ubud. ❤️
