Everything was good, though I wasn't quite comfortable with sand all over the place, even on the bed. The water faucet on the terrace needs fixing.

The rooms are cheap enough for a family, and my kids and I liked the place on our first visit. I really enjoyed the weather too, and didn't see any mosquitoes.

The apartment smelled fresh and lovely, and the bed sheets and cover were super soft. I wish I knew the brand so I could buy them too. There was a smart TV with an active Netflix account, and the view gave us a front row sunset with Krakatoa mountain behind it. Pak Nahrawi handled room service and was incredibly kind and responsive. Mr. Herman and Mr. Nahrawi, thanks for the hospitality. It was a short but nice stay. Getting around was easy since it's by the main road. There's an Alfamart right in front of the unit and a restaurant nearby, though the restaurant is really pricey. The bathroom was messy, with a wet floor even though the shower was separate, and the bidet leaked. The sofa felt dusty and could use a thorough vacuum. The neighborhood looks old and abandoned, and only the unit itself seemed refurbished. Expect old, sandy stairs.
