The location suited me perfectly: quiet, with a few warungs, two nice spas, two pilates studios, cafés and little boutiques close by. For more activity, Canggu is about 20 minutes away by Grab bike. The beach is clean, though swimming isn’t advised, with swimming said to be possible 100 meters away. You can sunbathe or find some shade, and the sound of the ocean is there when you wake up and fall asleep. The staff were amazing. They arranged my airport shuttle and check-in was easy. I traveled alone and felt safe. Breakfast is included, you pick the time and they bring it, and staff can arrange an in-room massage. There are also two massage parlors around the corner. The room was perfect for me, in a very Balinese style, with quiet air conditioning, a spacious toilet and enough room for all my toiletries. The pool was amazing, and the view breathtaking. I travel a lot, and this is one of my top three accommodations ever. It looked exactly like the pictures. I really loved it, and if I return to Bali, this is where I’d stay.

We had an amazing Christmas and New Year at the villa. Everyone at Sejuk Beach villas was so kind and helpful. It’s seconds from the beach, and the food was delicious, including the complimentary breakfast each day.

Absolutely loved it. Malee and the whole staff were awesome and made our stay incredible. The villas looked stunning, and having private pools was lovely. Even the vegetarian menu was really tasty. You’ve got to try the pina coladas, easily among the best two I’ve ever had 🤟

Such a lovely stay, and everyone was sweet, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect, just steps from the beach. They even decorated our bed with flowers for our honeymoon. We asked for a bike, and they had the key ready the next morning. The food was great too. It really felt like paradise, and we’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Bali!

We wanted a calm, relaxing family holiday, and Sejuk Villas was perfect. The on-site kitchen was a huge help with two little ones, so after the kids had been swimming morning, noon and night, we didn’t have to worry about where to eat. It was the only villa I found with facilities like that, and it saved us a lot of time and effort. Made and her gorgeous team were incredibly friendly and attentive, always nearby when we needed anything. Staff came in as needed to keep the villa clean and fresh and clear away dishes promptly. Absolutely beautiful. The beaches aren’t suitable for children to swim because of the undercurrents, but the unique black sand is wonderful for them to play in. If you have little ones, I’d recommend hiring a pool fence, though that goes for any pool. We felt we experienced traditional Bali and its architecture at its finest, and would love to return and recommend Sejuk Villas to family and friends. A great option if you want to get away from the busy feel of Kuta, Seminyak and the like.
