I was very dissatisfied with my stay tonight. The room was dirty, with corners that hadn't been cleaned, and it felt untidy and uncomfortable. Thanks 👋

The layout feels odd, maybe because the hotel wasn't planned well when it was built. There’s no elevator, which is a hassle if your room is on the third floor. Still, it's clean, has a large parking area, and is easy to find. A good hotel for Cianjur, though TV channels and drinking water are limited.

I was there for meetings. The meeting room is large, but the toilet was dirty and the air conditioning wasn't very cold. The meals and snacks need improvement.

I was only here for a stopover. The rooftop terrace was lovely for breakfast, and both the room and hotel were clean. The staff were friendly too.

The room was a bit small, but the hotel and room were clean and the service was friendly. Comfortable enough for a night or two, and a nice place for a temporary stay or a stopover.
