We had two rooms for four people, which made the lack of basics especially inconvenient. There was no bottled water, dispenser, or glass, and finding water or other usual hotel services was difficult. The Wi-Fi only seemed to come from one connection at reception, so rooms farther away got no service. The rooms were tiny and only had single beds. In room 3, the AC didn't cool, the TV had a poor signal, and the bathroom had a slight odor that meant keeping its door shut while sleeping. The service was very lacking.

Right in Cianjur, the location is very convenient. There are quite a lot of rooms, they're fairly clean, and parking is available for both cars and motorbikes. A good place to stay while you're in town.

The bathroom smelled bad, the internet was poor, and they didn't provide drinks or even glasses to borrow. Definitely not recommended. I'm done with this place 😡🤬😡🥵

We were put in a ground-floor room that smelled damp and had no signal. The Wi-Fi didn't reach us either, so I had to go outside. They moved us to another room, but that one was even dirtier. There seemed to be lots of empty rooms, yet we were told the place was full. I really regret dealing with the receptionist, who couldn't focus because she kept playing on her phone. Please sort this out.

The bathroom was dirty and the window was broken. The TV remote had no batteries, and there were no tissues, mineral water, or Wi-Fi. I regret staying here, the service was very poor.
