Java Palace Hotel

Java Palace stood out because its non-smoking rooms actually felt like non-smoking rooms. At other hotels we've booked non-smoking rooms only to find a strong cigarette smell that lingered on the walls and elsewhere, even after cleaning and air freshener. Java Palace keeps smoking and non-smoking rooms separate, and the rooms are clean and nice. They even charge the room price as a fine if someone smokes in a non-smoking room, which seems to help. My partner and I stayed here while visiting Cikarang. The staff were polite and friendly, and the service was good. Thanks to Mr Herwin and everyone for welcoming us so often with warm smiles and hospitality. Keep improving the hotel and staff, and giving guests your best. Anyway, cool.

I was here for a short business trip and a meeting with my team. We had an amazing stay, especially in the presidential suite: two separate rooms, two dining tables, a living room, and a service room. Thanks to Mr l. Herwin and his teams for making the experience so delightful.

There’s plenty of open parking, and breakfast comes with enough food and variety to keep you going for the day. It wasn’t especially exciting when staying several nights, though. The rooms feel shabby, and the poor lighting makes them seem less clean. Shaving in the dark bathroom is difficult. They replaced one bulb but couldn’t replace the other, despite promising to. There’s a sauna and a small hot plunge pool, but no cold pool. Spa and massage services are available, though they didn’t seem very appealing.

The room was spacious and elegant, with intact furniture and a large, spotless bathroom. From the outside Java Palace Hotel looks old, but inside the rooms feel modern. I also really liked the food, and I’m quite particular about taste. My family celebrated my son’s third birthday here, and the hotel and team gave us a wonderful memory that will last a lifetime. Ms Nay was especially patient and friendly, handled all our requests, and made sure the birthday event was a blast. Thanks again, Ms Nay. I don’t have real complaints unless someone is very particular about a crack on a shelf or a tear. I’d happily return and enjoy the hospitality again.
