NS Hotel is close to Alun-Alun, so it's easy to explore the area. On Sundays there is usually a local market or car-free day right in front, so you have to park in the basement. That parking area is spacious and comfortable, so it wasn't a problem for me. For low-budget accommodation, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The service was the highlight, warm and professional every time, and genuinely on a par with a 5-star hotel. I'm not sure how they train the staff, but it works. The facilities are comfortable too. WiFi was only okay, and stood out as the one minor downside. Amazing value for the price, and I'd definitely stay again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐

Breakfast was okay, with plenty of food and quick service. The stay was great overall, though WiFi and mobile signal had some dead spots in certain rooms. I'd try to avoid rooms on the 1st floor.

The room was quite spacious for a 2-star hotel, and the location is very convenient, near Alun-alun Cilacap and Rita Pasaraya, with lots of restaurants and food stalls nearby. But the service was poor during my two-night business trip. The pool was dirty and unusable, breakfast choices were very limited, and refilling the food took a long time. I also found a cockroach in the bathroom. It's sad to see this kind of issue in such a new hotel.

The breakfast was so-so, but the room was clean and the service was good. The security staff, bellboy, front desk team, and room service were all very hospitable. A great place to stay for any occasion.

The location is right in downtown Cilacap city. The rooms are spacious, the price is comfortable, and the people providing the service are good. Western food is available too.
