The room was spacious, clean, and much nicer than I expected for the price. I was doubtful at first because it was so cheap, but once I went in, it turned out really nice.

The booking information was wrong because the receptionist said they weren't good with technology. If they're not ready to take bookings online, they shouldn't force it. Please don't ask us to just accept the loss when the hotel made the mistake in the first place. We had to pay twice, and it disrupted the worship we came for.

The receptionist should check whether guests are registered before handing over a room key. They gave us one without checking, then said the address was wrong. If they'd caught that at the start, we could have gone somewhere else without first entering the room. The receptionist said they weren't up to date because they were older men, and seemed to expect us to teach them. But they're listed on Traveloka, so they need to handle the technology that comes with that.
