We lasted one night, then left and lost our money. The staff laughed when we complained, shrugged, and didn't seem to care. The room wasn't ready, and only when we were at the door did they tell us there was no hot water and the TV didn't work. The shower was broken, there was faeces on the toilet seat, and the bathroom and door were filthy. No toilet tissue, no soap. The air conditioner blew out air that reeked of cigarettes and was coated in nicotine residue. The walls had heavy nicotine residue too, even though we'd booked a non-smoking room. The vent cover was missing, and the other vents were coated with the same residue. The sheets were stained, the wallpaper was ripped, and someone had spray-painted one spot yellow. The staff were rude and angry. Absolutely disgusting, filthy place and a terrible experience.
