The place is comfortable, nice, and feels safe. Downstairs rooms don’t have a TV, but everything else was fine.

I’d paid, but when I got there they refused to let me check in. They said I’d been told to check in through WA, even though the app didn’t say anything about checking in via WA. I was so disappointed. I’d already said not to work with OYO anymore, so why is this listed on Booking.com? Don’t book here.

It’s air-conditioned, quiet, and near food stalls, but the room smelled musty and wasn’t very clean. I found lots of little cockroaches in the bathroom. At least there weren’t any big ones, or they would have run away. Looking up explained the mossy smell, there was moss overhead. Hope they can fix it.

The landlady is very kind, and the place is comfortable, with free Wi-Fi and AC. It feels like a boarding house. You can wash and dry clothes upstairs, which makes it easy to save on packing clothes. I’d suggest bringing your own blanket or sarong, and an electric mosquito repellent.
