PP University

The concept is good, with big trees all around, a great location, and a very modern main building. The meeting room was the best part I could give a good grade to when I visited for a survey. But when the staff showed me a room as a show unit, I saw huge moss marks at both corners by the window. The swimming pool isn't recommended: lots of tiles are broken, an electrical cable peeps out between them, and the steps are slippery with moss, too dangerous for kids. The staff assured me the cable wasn't being used anymore, but it still spooked me. Management really, really needs to improve maintenance.

The location is handy for Puncak and Cimory Mountain View, and the price feels worth it. The room was a long walk from reception, with no covered way between, and the walls were dirty. The pool sits oddly in the middle of a field with nowhere to sit. There’s barely any outdoor lighting, which made the place feel pretty creepy.

There’s a family play area where you can swim, play futsal, or just hang out. The place is quiet, with a nice view, and the facilities are good. The bed was nice, and there was AC and a TV.

We rented the entire place and rooms for a university gathering. The staff were helpful, the service was excellent, and the food tasted great. There was also a comfortable place to pray. The price is competitive, though the formal corporate-gathering atmosphere makes it feel less suited to a family getaway.
