The room was really dirty, and so was the bathroom. The water heater didn't work. A very bad stay.

It felt like a haunted house, and the person watching the place seemed even stranger than the place itself. When people came to look around, there was no enthusiasm at all, just silence like a mannequin going “hah hoh hah hoh hoh.” At least sweep the room before someone comes to view it, bro. It looked like nobody had used it in a year, and 1.5 for that is just ridiculous 😅

The manager is friendly, and when something breaks, they fix it right away. I often say hello, too. The place is comfortable and well located near Pakuwon Mall and Amplaz. Electricity, Wi-Fi, and the water heater are all okay. The TV is old-fashioned but works fine, and I hardly watch TV anyway.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the guards are friendly. It's right near the mall and the highway, so getting anywhere is easy. Just right, I'd say.

It's a quiet place with good facilities in a convenient location. The price seems affordable, and I think it works well for a short family vacation in Yogyakarta.
