The reservation team on WhatsApp was prompt, courteous, and gave me plenty of useful information. The staff were professional and welcoming. My room at Seruni Hotel Bogor was spacious, very clean, and had a spectacular view. The balcony was big, just right for taking in the calm mountain atmosphere. On the first day fog covered the view, then on the second day the mountains looked stunning in daylight and the city lights were dazzling at night. I had an excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for comfort and great service.

There's a mini zoo, pool, playground for kids, and some cool spots for photos. It's worth arriving before check-in to look around the facilities. The hotel is nice, with spacious rooms, lots of amenities, good food, and good service. I got it for about 820,000 rupiah on Traveloka over a long weekend, and maybe around 600 rupiah on weekdays. I'd like to come back with my family.

The restaurant food was delicious, and eating with that mountain view made us want more. The hotel has amazing mountain scenery, and it's kid-friendly, with a water park and playground. The rooms are spacious and stayed very cool even though I booked one without AC. Hotel Seruni is the best...
