The Rizen Hotel

Not even worth one star. The rooms were filthy, hard to describe, and the photos speak for themselves. The reviews here are misleading. We tried to upgrade to both the executive and family rooms, but neither was any different. The whole place felt like a serious health risk, so we had to buy our own towels because theirs didn’t feel safe to use.

From my experience, the executive package came with a broken shower and an empty shampoo sachet. Most of the curtain was dirty, like it only gets washed every couple of months. I reported the shower and asked for service, but the staff did nothing before checkout. Only book a room here if you’ve run out of other options.

The room was fairly comfortable for a three-star hotel, and the price is relatively low for a reasonably strategic location. The hot water worked normally, but the Wi-Fi didn’t and the TV remote was broken. Cleanliness needs more attention, and if possible they should replace the drinking water with AQUA. Maintenance is very lacking.

The public facilities are good, and the location has real potential because it’s strategic. But they need to improve a lot, especially the room cleanliness and interiors. My air conditioner didn’t work, and the wallpaper was damaged. The room facilities need attention.
