We stopped here for lunch on the way back from hiking Papandayan. The pond around the gazebo where we ate was nice, though it seemed poorly aerated and I felt sorry for the fish. The wooden floor creaked, and the table and chairs were so uncomfortable that we didn’t want to sit any longer than we had to. If I hadn’t been so hungry, I wouldn’t have chosen this place to eat.

The prices depend on the bungalow: the single wide one with an outdoor bathroom is 800,000 a night, the smaller and only one of its kind is 500,000 a night, and the biggest option with two bedrooms costs 1.8 million a night. It’s a nice place to stay.

I only ate at the restaurant. The prices were reasonable and the fish soup was good, though the fried rice was just so-so. Service was good, and the place and view were nice.

The mountain view is lovely and the air feels so fresh. It’s clean enough and has a real village feel. Breakfast was nice too.
