The staff helped carry our luggage, and there was hot water, but the floor was sticky and the cleanliness was questionable. There was no key, just two hangers in the bathroom, poor lighting, and a broken mug for guests. I can find better lodging for the same price. Bye Felicia.

This is a reasonably cheap homestay that suits backpackers. The beds are bunk beds, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is available. Kuta Beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and there’s a motorbike rental place next door.

We booked five nights in the dorm but left after just one, and couldn’t sleep at all because we got bitten by bed bugs. The bed wasn’t comfortable, and the place was not clean. When we complained, the receptionist didn’t seem surprised and said, “Yes, I know.” I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

A very cheap option for travellers, and it’s even cheaper if you book through Traveloka. There’s Wi-Fi, but only one shared bathroom. The female receptionist was helpful, unlike the male one.

Those Balinese mini pancakes at breakfast were really nice. The sleeping area, though, was a mess, with mattresses just on the floor and it looked dirty. It’s cheap, and it feels cheap too.
