Hendro and Sam were quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The villa was cleaned every day, towels included. It's tucked into the JERO alley behind private security guards, so we never worried about safety. Villa Alaya is well worth the price. For comparison, a much smaller 3BR villa I'd stayed at 10 minutes away cost almost the same. I have nothing bad to say, and it will be my first choice next time.

The villa was stylish, roomy, and comfortable. The manager greeted us when we arrived, and there was daily cleaning and pool maintenance. Security guards were stationed at the complex gate. Traffic made it tough to get around by car, so walking or using a bike worked better. The water taps could use some attention.

This was our second booking at Villa Alaya, and we had another wonderful stay. The interior design makes it feel both comfortable and luxurious. It's easy to reach central Seminyak and the beach, with some of Bali's best restaurants along Drupadi Street. There's also a convenience store just a two-minute walk away.

A secure, private-feeling place, fully furnished for cooking at home. The two-story villa has four bedrooms and a small pool that's great for family fun, even with little kids. Awesome.
