I had some trouble with ants in the room, and voices from the hallway carried through because the soundproofing wasn't great. The staff also seemed distant and didn't engage much. Still, the area felt calm and safe, and I felt secure in the district during my weeklong stay. There's a nice night food market just down the road for local snacks and atmosphere. The room was relaxing, with good AC and dependable hot water. This Kos gave me a budget-friendly stay with a little touch of luxury, and I'd recommend it and come back. The small problems were easy to overlook, and it was a good way to save money while keeping some comfort and quiet.

The location was good, but the rest was bad. Towels, bedsheets, and pillows were dirty, and the TV only had four channels. Don't book here if your girlfriend has OCD like mine 😂😂😅. UPDATE: The AC is leaking water into the room.

The location was handy, near a good food court called permata culinary, a mall, and other facilities. But we couldn't stand the room. It smelled like unwashed laundry, the shower was broken and flooded the whole bathroom, and room 105 faced the staff bedroom, so it was noisy and we couldn't nap. We were exhausted after coming from far away for a nearby funeral. We'd booked two nights but stayed just one. The kitchen was also full of dirty dishes. I hope the owner and staff can improve the place, and I'm sorry to leave a bad review.
