This was my fourth stay, and the last two have been poor, especially when it comes to the rooms. They weren’t cleaned, the linens were dirty, and the towels were very dusty. My first stay was good, but things got worse after the room attendants changed. I hope management improves the cleanliness and service. The parking lot also has lots of rats because of Jember, and there’s a lot of trash.

The bathroom was coated in scale, and the mattress had a black, mold-like pattern. The room was filthy, and the receptionist seemed lazy. The place looked more like a warehouse than somewhere to rest. It’s hard to call it a hotel when even a boarding house looks more decent. Dirty, smelly, messy, and absolutely not recommended.

Update: It turned out the time was returned right after the photo was taken. I still got a deposit receipt, and the 22 didn’t realize it. This was a lesson for me and the staff going forward. Sorry I got angry earlier, I panicked. The bathroom was extremely dirty, and the door lock was broken, so staff had to open it whenever they came in or out. The staff lost the driver’s license I’d left as a deposit. The night staff laughed loudly despite the sign asking guests to keep the noise down. The linens and towels seem to be washed regularly, but they still weren’t very clean because stains didn’t seem to be treated. They also sell lots of snacks here.
