Hotel O Karawaci Taman Permata 5

Agoda should blacklist them. The service was really bad.

The service and hospitality were awful, the worst I’ve experienced.

The room was dark, dirty, and a mess, so I canceled right away and found somewhere else. The window lock had been replaced with a pen, cigarette ash filled the desk drawer, the lights were dim, moss covered the bathroom walls, and the bathroom door was broken. I’d booked through tiket.com for about 65,000 Rupiah. At check-in they asked for extra money, making it 150,000 Rupiah in total. They said their request to tiket.com for a price adjustment hadn’t been approved. I was going to pay since it was late, I was exhausted, and I didn’t feel like finding another hotel. I highly recommend it.

The room was in poor shape and clearly hadn’t been maintained. There was no water, and the sheets and pillows smelled musty.
