For what it costs, I thought the hotel was good. Breakfast was a decent buffet, with plenty to choose from, including soup, meat, and desserts. Nothing fancy, but good value, and I saw lots of couples and families having breakfast. The staff were lovely, always smiling and ready to help. The hotel was clean, my room was spacious enough, and the internet was fast for Jakarta, around 50/50 Mbps. My main concern was the room door. It wouldn't lock from the outside and could be opened without a key card, so I didn't feel safe leaving my things there. There was no safe or fridge in the room, and the shower only had cold water. On my floor, it seemed like there might have been prostitutes in the next room, with different men coming and going all night. The sounds made me suspect that too, and underwear was being dried on the hallway window. That part didn't bother me by itself, but combined with the door I felt uneasy. Maybe it was just my room, but that's what I experienced.

The room amenities seemed fairly new, though I really wish there'd been a mini fridge. The hotel was pretty decent, with very friendly staff and a nice breakfast selection.

The room was clean, the bathroom was good, and breakfast was fine. The hospitality was so good! I’d definitely recommend staying here with your family for a staycation ❤️
