The service wasn't too bad, but the room was dark and smelled bad. The bathroom had a bit of rust, and they didn't provide toiletries or a towel.

Breakfast was a nice extra, and the staff were quite friendly. Still, I was disappointed with this stay. I booked through the Airy Room app, but the room was messy when I got there and didn't have the Airy Room emblem. At the front desk they told me to carry my own towel up from downstairs. There were no toilet amenities or drinking water, and just one towel, unlike what the Airy Room listing said. I was looking for an inexpensive place, so I hope they improve things.

The rates are cheap for Bali, and the service is quite friendly. The room is spacious enough for two, with a fairly large single bed. Breakfast is healthy, with things like vegetable soup.
