I booked one night for about 59 thousand rupiahs, and I was charged 120k for the night. I accepted that, but the problems kept coming. In the morning, while I was still asleep, a man knocked and said I had to pay 20k extra. I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave instead of extending my stay. On the way to find somewhere else, I got a WhatsApp message from a woman saying I also owed 30k for checking in early and leaving a few hours later. Why hadn't anyone explained this the day before? I was confused about whether the extra charge was 20k or 30k. Earlier, the person in charge had told me again and again that they would never offer a room at the price I'd booked for, and pushed me to cancel before 2pm. I was already stressed and felt the booking details were useless. I'd never had such a bad experience anywhere, and it left me feeling traumatized and depressed. When I asked about the service, I was shocked by how unprofessional and unfair it felt. I'd shown my booking details, but the woman just said they wouldn't offer rooms at that price. It made me wonder if the booking was fake and why that price was advertised online. I don't mean to attack the person in charge, but please review how this is handled.
