When I arrived after booking from far away and travelling from far away, nothing was ready or clean. Then, on the day I checked out, the deadline was noon, but people were already outside at 10 am trying to open the door. They should have knocked first to see if anyone was there. Just because they couldn't see anyone outside didn't mean we'd left. And when I checked out, I did return the key. I didn't just run away!

Gojek drivers bring food quickly, but the employees shout at them and won't let them park inside. That means parking on the main road if you're bringing food or anything. The employees are arrogant and rude. Ojol drivers and customers should avoid visiting if possible.
4/10
The bathroom door wouldn't shut properly, and there were so many cracks and holes that mosquitoes could get in. The curtains let the light through, so it was dark at night. Everything is old and doesn't look like the photos. We didn't like it.

The room number isn't filled in, and it's hard to find since it isn't on the map. The staff are rude and unfriendly.
8/10
A comfortable spot for families, with affordable prices.
