Indonesia's government closed the borders because of a volcanic eruption. The hotel wouldn't reimburse us or help us with the company. Very unprofessional.

It looks exactly like the pictures. The place was quiet, the pool was clean, and the room was soundproof. The staff were helpful too, and it was absolutely worth the price.

The bathroom was awful, with mold and a really bad smell. The rooms smelled too, and weren't clean, and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall.

The hotel has just been renovated and is in a really convenient spot in Denpasar. Definitely recommend it!
