The room had plenty of space to unpack a large suitcase, and the bed, pillows, and big sofa bed were comfortable. It was clean too. The shower had strong, hot water, the AC cooled quickly, and we got free mineral water. Booking was easy, and early check-in and checkout were possible. When we checked out at 10, the waiter was already waiting outside. Getting around was simple. Jl. Teuku Umar is only about five minutes away, there are lots of food vendors on both sides of the hotel, and with smooth traffic the airport is about a 30-minute drive. GoCar pickups came quickly, and we couldn't hear passing vehicles from inside the room. The price was affordable, and the staff were friendly. A few things to know: the upper floors are reached by stairs, so anyone who has trouble climbing or is carrying a lot of luggage should ask about a ground-floor room. The towels were rough. At night, I was really bothered by an electric water pump that got louder as the hours passed, though I don't know where the sound came from. I also couldn't find a convenience store, but maybe I just missed it.

Food is easy to find nearby, and the location is convenient. The prices are reasonable, the facilities are great, and the place itself is clean and nice. Staff were friendly too. A great choice for a stay at Cozy Home.

The photos and price on Traveloka made it look as if booking direct with Cozy Home might be cheaper. But the place was noisy, and I couldn't sleep 😣😣🤯
