Cozy Stay Bali

I was disappointed to get a room that seemed poorly maintained, even though I booked at a cheaper rate. There was dust on some of the furniture, and the bathroom had lots of dirty marks. The TV wasn't watchable, with a fuzzy picture and distorted, robotic-sounding audio. I stayed for two days. The room was spacious and had a balcony, and the staff service was good. I hope the condition improves in the future.

Niluh, Pardi, and Fadli were especially good, and all the staff were great. My room was clean and perfect, with no problems. If you want a good view around Denpasar, you should come here. Really recommend it, 5 stars!

There was no airport shuttle, even though it was listed, and there was no soap for washing hands. I found someone else's hair on the floor in several spots. Customer service wasn't great, and the towels were missing from the room when I checked in at 3pm. I asked for them, was eventually told they wouldn't be ready until 9pm, then someone woke my mother at 11pm to bring them. Their English is VERY LIMITED, even though English is listed as a service. Have a translator app ready, since they'll say yes to everything and translation makes communication easier for both sides. We'd stayed at four or five other places, and this was the worst experience in Bali. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Tinofa was especially kind and helpful, and the staff were helpful overall. We had a wonderful stay. Please make sure the towel set is complete next time. Thank you.
