Four Star by Trans Hotel

I felt safe and comfortable staying here on my own, and the service was excellent. From reservations and information to the restaurant and room service, the staff seemed well trained, courteous, and helpful. They patiently answered my questions about buying domestic flights, sightseeing, and other things I needed information about. It was a little above my budget, but worth it.

We stayed for three days and two nights on our first visit, and the experience was memorable. The room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the location was very strategic. We’ll come back with our family when we visit Bali again.

Big thanks to the restaurant team, everything was delicious. The food tasted great, the presentation was distinctive, and the prices were very reasonable. Special thanks to Yudha for the top-level service. 😍😍😍✨

The parking was really inconvenient for me as someone driving, even though it wasn’t holiday season. The hotel calls itself four-star, but my stay didn’t feel up to that standard. There was no bellboy to help with luggage, so guests have to carry their bags up the stairs to the lobby. I’d asked for a non-smoking room but was first given one with a strong cigarette smell. They moved me later, but the new room had no chair or bath mat. Those were only brought after I asked.
