The food turned out to be a real highlight. We were unsure about it after reading a complaint about breakfast, but the buffet had plenty of fresh choices. We normally go out for dinner, yet tried the restaurant and loved it too. The ayam betutu was superb, and the passionfruit pannacotta was refreshing, all at a fair price. We booked Holiday Inn at the last minute after arriving at another hotel for Valentine’s Day and finding it in poor condition. My wife and I still wanted a nice getaway, and this place delivered: spotless, well-kept rooms, a sparkling pool, and kind, attentive staff who seemed to anticipate what we needed. The service felt like that of a high-end resort, while the price was reasonable. It’s also a short walk to the beach. Thanks to the team for making our Valentine’s Day special.

The best part for us was how welcoming and helpful everyone was. Twice we contacted the team about things we’d misplaced, and they responded on WhatsApp within seconds and got right on it. We didn’t use the pool area much. It’s compact, though we could always find two loungers together when we went up. The hotel is less than 200 paces from a beautiful beach, and whenever we headed out, staff offered umbrellas, beach towels, or water. They greeted us with big smiles when we returned. I’d happily recommend this place to friends.

The pool could use some maintenance, but otherwise I had a good stay. The room’s air conditioning was wonderfully cold, and the shower had a strong flow. The staff were polite and always smiling. It’s near Sanur beach.

Dwi made check-in especially easy. They were professional, kind, and communicated really well. Everyone else on staff was friendly too. The room isn’t very large, but the storage is used cleverly, and the sofa bed made things comfortable for us while traveling with a child. The hotel is modern and clean, with plenty of good restaurants nearby.

The whole team had such warm hearts and really wanted us to have a good time. Sinthia welcomed us so warmly, and I’m sorry we didn’t get a chance to say goodbye. Yang mas pagi, the bell boy on Friday and Sunday mornings, was also so friendly and had a great smile. He made us feel safe and at home. The manager and the girl working on the right side on Saturday night were super helpful and offered us a late checkout. We felt treated like loyalty members, and I’m grateful we chose Holiday Inn when I usually book somewhere else. Sorry about all the Grab orders, kita jga malu pesen segutu banyak 🤣🤣🤣. We’ll definitely be back soon!
