It's budget friendly, with friendly service now and then, and a pretty mediocre backpacker standard. Avoid room number 3, the church next door sings ballads every Friday night.

My first stay there was fine. On my second visit, though, the hotel staff lost my husband's ID card. I'm really annoyed. He was rushing to work, and it was his first time back at work after less than a month. Someone irresponsible lost his ID. The service was very different from other hotels. They asked for an ID card to photocopy, then returned the original to the guest, so if it got lost, it was the owner's responsibility. They said they'd sort it out as soon as possible, but I still haven't heard where my husband's ID is or who took it. We don't know if whoever has it is still in Bali or has already left. The officer asked me to report the loss at the nearest police post, but I refused because I was busy and couldn't go. If there's any goodwill, please contact me immediately and explain what's happened. To the people responsible, please let me know if you are taking responsibility for your negligence.
