Inna Sindhu Beach

The breakfast was the worst I've ever had, and the dining areas were unclean too. We skipped it on the second morning. I told reception about the problems, and they seemed to take it on board, but I don't think management is doing anything. We stayed two nights, and the hotel fell far short of what I expected from its advertising and photos. The room and bathroom weren't clean, there was hair in the shower, and the towels and sheets didn't look or smell fresh. An old building may need renovation, but that doesn't explain the poor cleanliness.

Right in the center of Sanur, the location made it easy to get around, with the beach close by and ICON Mall nearby too. The hotel is old, but it's peaceful, clean, and good value for the price. What really stayed with me was the staff: everyone was kind and the service was great. The atmosphere was so nice it made me want to extend my stay. I'd definitely come back.

The staff were lovely, and the rooms were clean and nice. The grounds were well kept, and the location was very convenient. But service was extremely slow: some poolside food took over an hour. We stayed four days last week, and the place had a retirement village feel. We were the youngest by about 30 years, in our 30s and 40s, and one older guest took offense when we played soft music by the pool. I wouldn't stay here again, though I'd choose somewhere else in the same area.

A staff member named Ayu was dismissive and disrespectful, and I felt completely unwelcome. The hotel's general atmosphere also fell short of what I expected, making this a very disappointing stay. Hospitality should mean treating people with kindness and respect, and that wasn't my experience. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously and makes the needed improvements.
