The hospitality was awful, and this was easily one of the most disgusting places I've stayed. The Internet and TV didn't work, the dishes were dirty, and neither the safe nor the stove worked. We couldn't use the TV or Internet, and we couldn't cook dinner. We were also unable to leave the villa. When we raised these issues, the hosts apologized but offered no solution. The safe malfunctioned with our belongings inside, and we had to wait an hour for an engineer before we could get them back. If you want to enjoy your time in Bali, stay away from this place.

We've been staying here since December 5, and honestly the advertising was false and the experience has been shocking. The host hasn't been responsive. The in-room safe needs a key because it doesn't work, and the stove was broken, so I had to buy an electric one. The Internet was down for the first three days, and because the place is secluded, I had to buy a data package. The host kept saying someone would be sent over, but we were left waiting repeatedly. After saying we could get a refund, the host hasn't wanted to help. This has affected our stay, and it's not worth the price when you can find somewhere better. I have all the messages on my phone and will post about this on every site to warn people. Taking advantage of people coming to Bali is disgusting. I've travelled many times, and this is the worst experience I've had.

The villa looks beautiful, but the condition and quality are terrible. A pump next to our room was incredibly loud whenever the neighbors flushed or turned on the water. It woke us up and kept us from sleeping. I strongly advise against staying here unless you want your vacation ruined.
