The night receptionist was friendly and helpful, but my two-night stay left me regretting the choice. The room had no windows and felt dark, damp and moldy. The furniture was old, the bed was broken, the sheets were dirty, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. Only three local TV channels worked. Hot water kept swinging from really hot to really cold every few seconds while showering. The female receptionist could have been friendlier. There are better places for this price.

My experience in Bali was really awful here. Room 12 looked nothing like I expected from the photos. The bathroom smelled bad and felt creepy, and the room was a mess. I found two dead cockroaches behind the doors.

The location was okay, but the room was filthy, the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. The AC was very noisy, and I checked out a day early because of it. Other guests were loud too. I wouldn’t recommend it for kids or really for anything. Avoid it if you can.
