I arrived very late, so I didn't leave, though I would have otherwise. The staff were friendly enough, but I don't understand how this situation has been allowed to continue when I've since read many reviews describing the same thing. There was no way to book this hotel online through any site, and it doesn't exist as an OYO anymore. On arrival, I was told they no longer partner with OYO and would only take cash, 200k a night, much more than the online price. I didn't have that cash, and the ATM I walked to didn't work. They don't speak English here, so late at night I had to work everything out in Indonesian. It was incredibly stressful.

I had a BAD experience and would never stay at this Hotel again. I booked in the OYO app, but the receptionist refused to let me check in, saying the hotel had no relationship with OYO even though it was being sold there. DON'T EVER STAY HERE. The OYO agent is a fraud, and the hotel is manipulative too.

It's a city hotel, not bad, and inexpensive.
