The location was great, but I had to move rooms twice before settling into a third. Both deluxe rooms I was first given had cold showers and were uninhabitable. Housekeeping changed towels and made the bed, but didn't clean the floors, and once I found sand in my bed. I won't stay here again.

We come back whenever we're in Bali. It's close to shops and warungs, and once you're here, you won't feel like leaving. The hotel has everything you need.

Our room was spacious and had a fridge, plenty of workspace, a kettle, tea cups and mineral water. The bed was comfortable, the aircon cold, and the TV worked well. The bathroom was quite clean, with shampoo and shower gel provided. We also liked the little pool on the second floor. The weak Wi-Fi and complete lack of parking were the downsides, but we had a good stay. The location is great, right across from the beautiful Icon Mall Sanur.

Ants were crawling over the bed and table, everything was filthy, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. This is the stupidest hotel I've ever seen. Get me out of here.

I'm giving it five stars for the location alone. It's right across from ICON Bali, which I think is the best mall here.
