That was a really bad experience. I paid 364.000 rupiah through bank BRI, then when I arrived the staff member asked for another 300.000 rupiah. She said OYO had set the price too low, so I had to pay more than double the original amount. I paid because she told me I wouldn't get my money back if I cancelled, and I felt I had no choice. I'll never book through OYO again. Once was enough.

At midnight, we had to sort out somewhere else to stay on our own. We'd booked and paid for a room for three for one night, but when we arrived nobody was there. A woman answered the number on the wall and said the place was full. When I told her we'd already booked and paid, she hung up and switched off her phone, so we couldn't reach her again. It was disrespectful, appalling treatment, and the worst we've ever received.

I paid 50 thousand rupiah through Agoda, then the owner wanted more when I got there, saying the price was wrong. Haha. I couldn't even get a refund, and the owner seemed completely unconcerned and took no responsibility. Thanks.
