The staff were nice and friendly, but don't book through OYO or Agoda. I paid and got nothing. At the hotel they said they had no contact with OYO and didn't accept bookings through them.

I paid 500k for two nights, and I still regret staying here. The rate of 250k a night doesn't match the quality. The towels were thin, rough, and didn't absorb water, more like doormats, yet they were given to guests. The pillows were thin and dirty, the sheets had lots of stains, and the blankets were thin too. The tissues had no fragrance. There were cockroaches and red ants in the bathroom, and no warm water. I was exhausted after a long trip and in a tight spot, or I wouldn't have stayed. I've been to hotels costing hundreds of thousands that were still better, with warm water, tea, and coffee. The place may look nice, but that doesn't guarantee much 🙄☹️

What kind of hotel is this? For 150, the place at the back already has AC, hot water, and a TV. There's no WiFi here.

This place doesn't partner with Oyo, so its price differs from Oyo's. The room is small and basic, and the bed sinks.

Sorry, Oyo, if the listing doesn't match reality, don't offer discounts or confirm bookings. Offering hotel discounts shouldn't leave people losing out.
