William was very attentive and quick to answer our questions or help with anything we needed. We enjoyed the pool with the children, and the kitchen and bathroom were very spacious. We moved the balcony chairs into the kitchen so the little ones could eat there. The staff seemed a bit cold, probably because of the language barrier, but our room was cleaned countless times even though it was only supposed to be 1x per week, which was a nice surprise. It's far from the beaches, but close to a supermarket and lots of warungs. There's a kids' playground a 5min walk away, and we had fun at the Denpasar mall. A very good stay. I hope the pool will be functional again.

The service was really nice and helpful, and the pool was good. But the location wasn't comfortable, about 20min from the beach. The room's light was too cold to feel cozy, and there was no desk lamp. The bed and room could have been cleaned every three days. They didn't provide shampoo or cooking utensils, which was disappointing.

The WiFi was very slow and sometimes disappeared, and the lighting in the room could be better. The walls and furniture looked old and refurbished. Still, it was quiet and clean, with a small pool in the middle, and the room and separate-door bathroom were pretty spacious. Towels and clean linens were provided. There was no shampoo or other amenities, and no cooking appliances, so it may suit a longer stay better if you don't need those. It's not very close to beaches or hip restaurants, so you'll need to arrange your own transport. Comfortable enough if you're not looking for luxuries.

For what the rooms cost, this is a fantastic place to stay. The large pool and nicely tended gardens are in a lovely, quiet spot that's still close to amenities. Rooms are spacious and well maintained, with plenty of storage, a wardrobe, and a bathroom at the back. I think many of the negative comments expect champagne tastes on a lemonade budget.
