After exploring, I liked having the pool area to relax in. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, close to Sanur beach, shops, and plenty of restaurants, so it was easy to get around. The rooms are simple but comfortable, with good air conditioning and everything I needed for a few nights. I had a really good stay at Puri Mango Hotel.

This is the Mango puri hotel. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and I wouldn't stay here again. I was shown three rooms, but all had dirty towels and sheets, plus dried pee in the bathroom. The service was good, though, and the location is great, not too far from the icon mall and beach.

Rooms are a good size, with air conditioning and hot water. There's a nice Chinese restaurant connected to the place. The front rooms get some road noise, so pick one at the back. It's a pretty good place to stay, clean and friendly, and within walking distance of the beach and shopping.

The road noise was unbearable, the bed was uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi was far too slow and unreliable to use. There was no safe or fridge in the room. The room, bathroom, and shower were disgusting, and the linen was dirty. The room wasn't clean, either. Towels and bedding weren't changed during the four days, and they were older than me. I'll never go back. It was the worst hotel I've stayed in anywhere in the world, and I'm 60.

The room smelled awful, the floor was sticky, and everything was dusty and dirty. It hadn't been cleaned properly, and the bathroom stank too. The Wi-Fi went out in the middle of the night. At night, the whole place looked shady, like a ghost house, and basic amenities weren't provided. A complete waste of money.
