The staff were very friendly, and I liked the spa. The pool was lovely and relaxing, surrounded by trees. The room itself wasn’t very comfortable.

The staff were helpful, and there was parking for my car. The rooms were comfortable and had some useful facilities, including a wide choice of TV channels. The location is close to the beach and shops, but traffic noise from the street is an issue. Breakfast at the small restaurant next door had very limited choices beyond Asian dishes. There was no tea, coffee, sugar, or kettle for heating water.

The gardens were lovely and well kept, and the location was central, just across a lane from the beach. Breakfast at the street cafe was fresh and generous. Our room was very clean, with a fridge, a TV we could plug HDMI into, and quiet air conditioning. We had a good stay at Ramayana and will return.

The room was in poor shape: broken tiles, a toilet that wasn't secured to the floor, and just one very thin blanket. It was very dirty, too. The TV had no reception, and the WiFi kept dropping while I was using it, with no automatic reconnection. There was no fridge, safe, or pool, and breakfast choices were limited. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The location is spot on, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean, though the building and furnishings are older and a little worn.
