The owner and staff were very nice and welcoming. The room was clean, the price affordable, and the receptionist deserves five stars. 💯🤟😊 But I booked two nights online through Traveloka, and when I arrived to check in, the staff said the hotel no longer had an agreement with any online booking platform. I tried calling the number Traveloka provided, but it was inactive. By the time I tried to request a refund in the app, the refund request period had passed. For now, don’t book this place online. Go directly there or call the contact number shown on Google map. I was still waiting for Traveloka to respond about the refund and planned to update this review for the hotel’s excellence. Edit: Traveloka refunded the full amount. It wasn’t that difficult to get it back. Thank you 🙏

The rooms are spacious, and it’s an extremely affordable place in a perfect location, just a short walk from sanur beach. The staff are very helpful and can arrange discounted ferry tickets to Penida. Where possible, let them know your arrival and departure times in advance so collecting and returning the keys is hassle-free.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were big and clean. There’s a nice terrace on level 1, though it faces the road. It’s a convenient 3-minute walk from the shuttle drop-off from Ubud, and you can walk to the main roads and Sanur public beach. If you’re in a rush to find a cheaper option, they can book your Nusa Lembongan speedboat trip.

The owners are a lovely, welcoming family who are always ready to help. I’d happily come back. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach, with massage salons, currency exchange offices, and 24-hour minimarkets all around. The night market is close too. The homestay has large, nicely decorated rooms with air conditioning, plus a dining warung serving Indonesian food every day.
